STEPS Overview This presentation highlights the background and philosophy of STEPS.
Phonograms: First, Fast and Furious! STEPS teaches students and teachers explicit phonics. The first third of the STEPS program is to learn the sounds of English (phonemes) and the letters we use to spell that sound (graphemes or phonograms). And how do we learn them?
